Dr. Rahul Kulkarni is a distinguished ENT surgeon with over 25 years of experience in advanced microsurgery, nasal endoscopic procedures, and comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care. Based in Thane, he combines surgical precision with a deep commitment to accessible, patient-centered healthcare.
He serves as Director & Senior Consultant at Dr. Rahul Kulkarni’s ENT Hospital, Thane, and as Director of the Kalwa ENT Endoscopic Centre.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Kulkarni is an Honorary Consultant & Assistant Professor at Grant Medical College & Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai — one of India’s most prestigious medical institutions — where he mentors the next generation of ENT specialists. He also serves as Unit Head (ENT) at St. George’s Hospital, Mumbai, and has been an Honorary Visiting Consultant at the Police Hospital, Thane, for over 15 years.
A recognized authority in his field, Dr. Kulkarni has published research in international journals on vertigo, hearing loss, and vestibular disorders. He is a regular invited speaker at MENTCON (State ENT Conference) and SeoCon (National Endoscopic Ear Conference). His leadership roles include President of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI), Mumbai Branch, and State Joint Secretary of the Indian Medical Association, Maharashtra.
Beyond clinical care, Dr. Kulkarni is a dedicated social entrepreneur. He serves on the Maharashtra Medical Council’s Medico-Legal Committee and the Government of Maharashtra’s Medical Cell for Charitable Hospitals under the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, reflecting his unwavering commitment to healthcare equity and public service.
